The child has a hundred languages (and more) but they are silenced in school because of our specific tasks, timeframes and references.

We believe that children are competent, capable and full of knowledge. Scholars are viewed as resourceful and rich in potential hence the reason research and interdisciplinary learning is a huge component at CIJS. Scholars are able to use their curiosity at all ages to make connections between the state standards and the real world!
